Managing one of our locations gives you the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated people and provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. Let’s take a look at some of the responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare work schedules and assign employees to specific duties
- Maintain a well-merchandised store
- Coordinate promotional activities to maximize sales
- Control inventory losses and payroll costs
- Hire and train personnel with the assistance of our comprehensive training program
- Maintain a flexible work schedule of 50 hours per week
- Be available to work weekends and holidays, and be willing to travel to other Tedeschi locations when necessary
- Directly supervise all members of your store team
- Complete performance evaluations on employees
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED, with a retail or fast food type background
- Two years prior experience in a management level position
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
