Managing a deli at Tedeschi Food Shops requires a high energy, extremely organized individual. The Food Service business is a very high paced environment that is exciting and rewarding. Let’s take a look at some of the responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare a work schedule for the Deli operation
- Motivate and supervise employees to maximize sales, adhere to portion control standards, recipes, and product preparation.
- Maintain the highest standards in cleaning and sanitation
- Keep our wide selection of meats and cheeses in stock and fresh
- Work a flexible work schedule of 40 hours per week
- Be willing to work weekends and holidays and be willing to travel to other locations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED, and 2 years Food Service experience.
