Managing a deli at Tedeschi Food Shops requires a high energy, extremely organized individual. The Food Service business is a very high paced environment that is exciting and rewarding. Let’s take a look at some of the responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a work schedule for the Deli operation
  • Motivate and supervise employees to maximize sales, adhere to portion control standards, recipes, and product preparation.
  • Maintain the highest standards in cleaning and sanitation
  • Keep our wide selection of meats and cheeses in stock and fresh
  • Work a flexible work schedule of 40 hours per week
  • Be willing to work weekends and holidays and be willing to travel to other locations

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED,  and 2 years Food Service experience.
